Frequently asked questions – because you don’t do this every day

There are a few factors, like attendance, length of event, whether or not alcohol will be served, that determine what you will need. Check out our chart as a guide, the general rule of thumb is one portable restroom for every 50-100 attendees.

Yes. Whether you need a unit for a half day or for an entire year, we are happy to accommodate.

Absolutely! Our crew diligently cleans and sanitizes every portable restroom when it comes back and before it goes out.

At a minimum it is best to place your order for portable toilet service 48 hours in advance. For large special events or job sites, a week or more lead time is advisable. If your need is urgent, call us!

We service portable toilets once per week. This is done to keep the units fully stocked, clean and sanitized.

We will place your portable toilet(s) at your event or on your job site per your instructions. We will make every reasonable attempt to accommodate your wishes as to placement of the portable unit, however, environmental conditions will dictate final placement. This ensures that our trucks, employees and equipment are not in danger or at risk.

Payment in full is required before delivery. All major credit cards are accepted.

Each restroom has toilet paper and hand sanitizer. Our flushable restrooms and event trailers have soap and paper towels.
